The company is headquartered in Paris' business district, La Défense and its stock is listed on the Euronext Paris.

French vs the UK, Aussie's are can fodder/Punching bags Early starts late finishes that’s what they mean by flexible working. I’ll be surprised if this business actually delivers a functioning product. No real focus on people or the product”
Former Employee - Director of Finance says"The chaotic management of this company is unreal, they get away with it as this is a subsidiary of a big French company. If this was a US company they would be out of business as the work environment is so destructive. Their accounting practices would never pass any GAAP scrutiny. The management team is in a kind of a non-sense rotation (every other year or so) and their main job appears to be cutting more expenses and people than the guy before you. This is really the main and only focus here. So it's a deadly spiral down to zero. Stay away from this company."

Former Employee - Business Analyst says"-I left a perfectly good paying job to work at Thales. That was a huge mistake and now I'm paying for this bad decision since last year. -The employees in NJ office were the worst. More than half the people on the office side are nothing more than high school graduates. They are more or less lifers where the most difficult thing that they will accomplish is in using power-point. -There is no real HR either in Piscataway, its out sourced to another company. -The French imports get taken care of really well. Its all about them and their careers. -Women don't have career paths, they are more focusing how the men can get ahead. -Eating in the Piscataway office for the Executive meetings takes priority over anything else. While they will lecture you to death about cost cutting, they will spend over 1K a day on catered food for every meeting. -Only people with a title there get a work from home day, everyone else has to show up. -Stay away from this crap hole. Its a waste of time and then you will have to look for another job."
Current Employee - Account Manager says"Extremely political with lack of leadership. Leadership in the US are selectively chosen so they do the bidding of the French overlords. People get promoting only by sucking up and responding only “yes” back to leadership without having an opinion. If your protected by a French overlord, you can essentially just not show up to work and do as you please. Of course get promoted when undeserved as well."

Good workers are laid off as they have no idea who does the work until they are gone. Workers are leaving as there is no future here. Work is being outsourced to India and next generation products being worked in France. During last layoff, the French workers are protected so no job security."

Il vous met une pression derrière pour prend RDV avec eux. Mon expérience : j’ai donc commencé le premier jour part une formation. Le deuxième jour il mon donc mis sur mon poste tout ce passe bien je termine ma matinée. Mon responsable vient me voir et me dit " tes pas faite pour ça t’es pas faite pour l’équipe " il se permet de me juger sur 2 jours de travail . Très belle mentalitéAucuneLa pression"

Assistant de direction (Former Employee) says"J'ai travaillé chez Thales de mai 2019 à septembre 2019 au sein de la direction commerciale France et ça n'a été que stress du début à la fin, avec une période d'essai de 5 mois (mois d'août y compris sûrement pour la permanence).Responsables malveillants et sournois dans un climat de stress permanent tout était fait pour craquer ; ce n'est d'ailleurs pas étonnant d'apprendre que j'étais la 10ème assistante sur ce poste. Equipe avec une très faible diversité pour un grand groupe qui là prône, binôme assistante qui est une très mauvaise formatrice et qui a fait de la retention d'informations et enfin pour conclure ce n'était le service où il faisait bon travailler !"
